Consultants, who now work for Red Maple Media, completed important work for the University of Victoria's Indigenous Governance department by providing a number of services including project management, business analysis, custom web programming and content management.
The goal of the project was to take the university’s existing course material and publish it online, so that students could begin taking the program remotely. Our consultant worked closely with the university’s department lead to create a new, easy to use, and scalable online learning portal. The University of Victoria’s Indigenous Governance department was the first department at this university to put their course material online, and this led the way for the rest of the university by providing a clear model to follow. This project was launched successfully, and after the project the department’s lead said:
