IMPACT BC needed to enhance and update several web-based learning systems built on Drupal and Moodle. The project was struggling when Julian Barabas was brought in to lead systems analysis and design, technical project management, business analysis and vendor management.
Julian worked with the leadership of the organization to establish the scope and schedule of the project. His experience with content management systems was instrumental in creating a vision and final solution for the client. His ability to listen and analyze the needs of stakeholders was a key element to the success of the project.
