Consultants, who now work for Red Maple Media, completed important work for IMPACT BC by providing a number of services including technical project management, business analysis and vendor management.
The goal of the project was to take help IMPACT BC successfully enhance and update a number of web-based learning systems based upon Drupal and Moodle. Previously, the project was suffering and Julian Barabas (now with Red Maple Media) was brought in to provide leadership in numerous areas including systems analysis and design, project management and business analysis.
