From February 2014 to September 2024, Julian Barabas, principal of Red Maple Media, served as a Senior Technical Business Analyst at the BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure. He led procurement, technical and business analysis across several Ministry programs, including PSP, DIT, EMBC and ONSCENE.

Julian has been a wonderful professional to our PIMS team. He has been wearing several hats on this team: BA, user researcher, copywriter and more.
