Our consultant provided business analysis, project management and custom web programming to Maximus Canada across the design, testing and deployment phases of two multi-million dollar projects.
What we did
- Led the evaluation of IT applications, systems, business functions and procedures to find areas for improvement.
- Worked with programmers and developers to design and integrate solutions that met the needs of operations and IT staff.
- Acted as the liaison between the client, IT operations and external service providers across the SDLC.
